This is a little Italian spot with a wine bar to boot. There's a lunch special everyday, which is popular with the weekday crowd. For those evening and weekend diners, Mangola's has live piano music every Friday and Saturday nights for a romantic, cozy, typical-Italian-low-lighted-dinner for date nights and special occasions. Regulars talk up their eggplant parmesan, the calamari fritti, the Bolognese sauce and the veal parmesan as well as their daily lunch specials. Entrees run between $10 and $15. The restaurant was redone after a 2009 fire, so the interior is fairly new.
