Description

This restaurant serves up Colombian and other Latin American fare, opening its doors early for hearty breakfasts, including tacos, huevos rancheros and other egg dishes featuring chorizo or beans. A variety of pancakes and inventive breakfast sandwiches are also available. At lunch and dinner, patrons can enjoy classic empanadas, ropa vieja, shrimp enchiladas verde, or arroz con pollo. All of Macondo Latin Bistro's lunch and dinner entrees are labeled with their country of origin, making it easy for diners to "tour" Latin America in a meal. The atmosphere features a bright interior and festive music.
