The M Bar, inside Las Colinas' Omni Mandalay Hotel, has remained tucked into the back corner of the lobby for more than a decade. But in recent years, it's received a face lift. Before, there were no walls separating the bar from the rest of the lobby, but now it feels much cozier in the confines of four light cedar walls, which includes the bar, some seating and a pool table. As expected in a hotel bar, it offers a decent selection of expensive scotches and bourbons, which is probably why the M Bar draws plenty of locals as well as hotel guests.
