Lush specializes in "handmade" beauty products, which we assume means there's a small soap factory in the back of each shop? Probably not the case, although they do offer some products with organic fruit and vegetable ingredients so fresh that they must actually be refrigerated in-shop. Another selling point are the massive blocks of soap that look like blocks of homemade fudge, which the staff breaks off by the chunk.
