The hardest part about eating at Luncha Libre is deciding what to have to eat; I have NEVER had a less-than-totally-satisfying dish from Tim and Kim's truck. Each time I try something new, I think to myself, "THAT'S my new favorite." Each time I visit I try something new. I've eaten the "All Thai'd Up" quesadillas; The "Steak & Bleu" quesadillas; the "Mac Daddy" quesadillas; The "GEA Tribute" Burger - all have been phenomenal. There's something for everyone as well, as Luncha Libre routinely rotates their daily menu, always providing a broad range of gastronomic delights. Luncha Libre is worth the trip from ANY part of the greater Phoenix area.
Luncha Libre is one of my absolute favorite food trucks in the valley. In my top 3, for sure. Their menu is always changing, but everything I've had - from carne asada quesadillas to some sort of awesome ham sandwich - has been really frickin good. Their mason jars filled with teas and juices can be pretty sweet, but still delicious, and their homemade chips and salsa are ridiculously great. I'm pretty sure last time I was there for Food Truck Friday, I overheard someone saying they're selling the salsa jarred now. Long story short, put this on your list of food trucks to hit up in Phoenix!
