At this 73-year-old American diner at the edge of the Richmond District, fans of the clam chowder, burgers, and breakfast standards, also enjoy a very special view of the ruins of the Sutro Baths. Service at Louis' Restaurant is endearing, but given the tourist-clogged surroundings, waits for tables can be long.
