Los Hermanos Lonchera Sin Fronteras offers something new to the taco 'n truck
world: a pocho take on this wabbiest of industries. Don't think assimilation has cut into the cuisine, though. The tacos, though violating my commandment that none should cost more than a buck, nevertheless justify their $1.25 price with well-flavored meats (chicken, adobada, and carne asada), a five-bite-large size, and a stellar tomatillo salsa. Here, too, is the much-fabled Sonoran dog, prepared just like they make it in Tucson.
