Description

LA Weekly's Description

When owner Barbara Monderine opened her bakery in 2009, she inherited a French-made Pavailler deck oven from the previous owners, but most everything else that makes her Atwater Village shop a magnet for locals she and her fellow bakers make themselves -- particularly the outstanding bread and pastries. The croissants are glorious, flaky and rich, with the requisite golden carapace -- the crumbs of which will probably end up in your cup of coffee.

Atwater Special need I say more. One of the best breakfast's in the city. I also love their pastry selection. Very busy place but who cares we live in Los Angeles it's something you should be use too by now. Also very cute tattooed hipster chicks working behind the counter.
