Caviar aficionados flock to Petrossian, with its array of exotic caviar, pate, foie gras, smoked fish, fine wines and cheeses. Unexpected foodstuff includes cold borscht served in a low-ball martini glass, and caviar pizza. Menu classics feature truffle mac 'n' cheese, and brioche French toast. The elegant décor is black and white with fresh flowers on table-tops, contemporary carpeting and sheer drapery.
