Michael Symon is one of the top chefs. Great restaurant that has a new place opening in Pittsburgh. It’s absolutely one of the great restaurants I’ve been in, and I've been all over the world. It’s absolutely beautiful. He has this pierogi -- it’s almost like a turkey-based pierogi -- it’s to die for. He has these great little french fries, and he has a flank steak that’s glazed with this special sauce. It’s just fantastic.
This restaurant is not somewhere you can go to without spending at least $70 to $100 min. but it's worth it. It's kinda pricy, however, the food and the presentation are well beyond words. I HIGHLY recomment this place to anyone. Just make sure you have the money to spend. You'll have such a good time you'll be back again and again. Chef Michael Symon deserves more than a standing ovation.
