The LDRC (J Berg, Dir is located in the integrated Human Services Campus which inludes CASS (Central AZ shelter Services), St Vincent DePaul, Andre House among others. The LDRC is notable nationwide in the battle against homelessness as it is host to wide variety of social service agencies comprising a full spectrum of aid for the homeless to attain self-suffiency. Specifically, this also includes personal growth opportunities spearheaded by Dawn Shires. For 30yrs Ms.Shires has dedicated her life towards the understanding of the human psyche & the individualistic realization of human potential, now "Transforming" the LDRC physically & from a client view mentally via rehab projects which center on developmental growth of the mind & spirit. Her devotion is untiring in this realm wich is evident by meeting her,for she is a unique individual in which the staff & clients appreciate. Her personal strength of will & exuberance knows no bounds;for she dosent just make lemonade out of lemons but fuel to power the sun itself thru her own energy.
