Local 360 is an object lesson in what happens when kitchens cleave to a local, seasonal philosophy in January. What happens is turnips. And rutabagas. This earnest eatery can be grim in winter, but its summer menu is an entertaining stroll through the region's best pickings. The burger's terrific, but the best way to enjoy the restaurant's mischievous streak is to order off the small plates menu, populated by buffalo rabbit saddle; ham hock tater tots and sweet and sour lamb balls.
