Little Sheep is a common sight in China, which is home to more than 5000 locations of the huddle-round-the-hot-pot chain, but the restaurant's fairly new to the U.S. A visit to the Bellevue outpost demonstrates the restaurant's appeal: The massive dining room is perpetually aflutter with families and friends having fun swiping meat, greens and mushrooms through the kitchen's signature broth, a cumin-heavy elixir that's designed to complement lamb. Lamb's sold by the sliced shoulder, sliced leg and in dumpling form, but the house-made lamb wontons are the standout on the sheep front.
