Description

A sterling example of its species, Lisa's Diner basks in the shadow of a steel mill in Granite City. A newish façade gives it the unfortunate appearance of a lean-to shack, but inside there still flourishes the good, greasy stuff diner dreams are made of. A country tune jangles on the jukebox as the waitress gives you coffee in a Santa Claus mug and calls you "hon." Try the country-fried steak, bigger than your head and smothered in milk gravy.
