The Western-themed Capitol Hill cornerstone of bar maven Linda Derschang's empire features her signature taxidermied creatures, cold beers on tap, and the best Bloody Mary recipe in town (the perfect hangover-curing weekend brunch accompaniment). The inside is usually packed as is the bar on the expansive back patio, a necessary addition for packed summer nights when it's tough to navigate through the crowd.
