Description
Licorous (which most dictionaries define as "lascivious") is a wink of a place. John Sundstrom's cocktails-and-nosh spot next door to his restaurant, Lark, sparkles head to toe, from its hourglass stools to its molded chrome ceiling. The menu lists cocktails with fresh juices and odd spirits, such as a "mio meyer" (Meyer lemon-infused vodka with brandy and Nardini Acqua di Cedro) and adventurous appetizers like foie gras bon bons and "mackerel tartine." It's not Lark lite, but rather a place for sipping and snacking.
