For those who live in or are visiting Jersey City and the surrounding areas, there is no specific need to trek into Manhattan for a great museum. The Liberty Science Center is more than adequate and very modern with an IMAX and some great exhibits for the kids and adults alike. While it is a bit more expensive than the Natural History Museum, think of the money you save on NJ Transit costs! Mon-Fri 8:45am-4pm Sat & Sun 8:45am-5pm
