Description

Uptown comes downtown in this crowded dance hall, a multi-level club/tapas restaurant. Located somewhat antithetically on a scruffy stretch of the Lower East Side's infamous Ludlow Street, the bar serves up pricey cocktails with a splash of zealously guarded V.I.P. rooms. Dress up more than the Strokes to get in...unless you are a Stroke.
