This bargain-priced bistro's offerings verge on mediocrity: a dry burger without flavor, a not-very-witty combo of baby octopus and squid-ink linguine without even a speck of sauce, pallid vegetable soup, and worst of all, fries dusted with flour prior to cooking, which improves appearance at the expense of flavor.
