Charming and intimate French bistro attracts a hip, young emigré crowd who flock for a glass of red wine, crusty baguette, and choice of five main courses: sirloin steak, salmon, grouper, tender roast chicken, or mussels meuniére. All come with salad and starch, some with vegetable kebab, too, and the prices have remained steadfast since the restaurant opened in 1994. Steak dinner, with bread, salad, all the fries you can eat, costs $20, which has to rank as one of the best deals on the Beach. Staff is friendly, environment festive.
