Description

There's a sizable vegan and vegetarian population in Boulder, and though many restaurants accommodate the group, Leaf is the only one to feature a fully vegetarian menu (and most items can be made vegan). At this retreat just off Pearl Street, the dining room soothes the senses with its warm, earthy tones and a mellow soundtrack. The svelte staff floats between tables, delivering dishes made without a single scrap of animal protein, turned out by a kitchen that's shared with Aji next door. Alcohol offerings are plentiful, and the bar infuses a number of vodkas with seasonal fruits and vegetables, too.
