Ever since Esquire named Le Tub's giant, char-grilled burgers among the best in the nation, this eccentric watering hole has overflown with would be beef-biters looking to sample the fare. But all these bandwagon jumpers may have missed the point - yeah, the burgers are great, but it's the secluded waterfront tables and "everybody knows your name" vibe that separates Le Tub from all the other gin-joints in town.
