Old-timers who miss Chez Louis can rejoice. Louis Germain's charming reincarnation features traditional French favorites. Look for frogs' legs, veal Oscar, and a first-rate tournedos Rossini. The coupe aux marrons (ice cream smothered with candied chestnuts) ends the meal on a sweet note.
