Description

People perk up at Le Peep, a breakfast joint with several metroplex locations. The company and its employees refer to their morning menu as "legendary." It begins with Gooey Buns (English muffin broiled with brown sugar, cinnamon and almonds, served with cream cheese and Mom's Sassy Apples) and continues with hearty omelets as well as savory crepes (e.g., the Monte Cristo). The lion's share of the items might be for breakfast, but at Le Peep the cooks know that sometimes a burger is how a customer cares to begin his or her day. It's been that way since the first Le Peep was opened more than four decades ago in Aspen, Colorado.
