Shelves and rafters are stuffed with tiki men and painted surfboards, and a daily 3-7 happy hour (all day Sunday) draws a downtown clientele-everyone from tattooed bikers to hard-working condo- dwellers -that's as colorful as the decor. Word to the wise: this place exudes attitude, and the bartenders can be quite sassy. Wear a thick skin and be sure to order under the "Order Here" sign and you'll blend right in.
