Service is slow at times, but the place is open late, making it a convenient stop when a hunger pang strikes. Plus it has a full outdoor bar, a good place ? about the only one in the vicinity ? to grab a mojito in the early afternoon. Prices are reasonable; most entrées cost less than $20. There are also about ten lunch specials for each day of the week, and most cost less than $15. Breakfast dishes, popular during weekends, range from $6 for two eggs, hash browns or potatoes, ham, sausage or bacon, Cuban toast, and coffee to $10 for palomilla steak and eggs. If you're in a rush, stop by the window for a morning cortadito and buttery toast to go.
