Larry Lawrence, a semi-hidden Williamsburg watering hole, brims with impressive design elements, including a skylight and a long, cedar-scented hallway. But the smoking deck tops them all. Literally. To light up, you ascend to a petunia-festooned balconyapart tree house, part skyboxafrom which you can gaze out over the interior of the bar through an enormous plate glass window. It's the only thing that's ever made me want to smoke.
