Description

Not a foreign word, or even an accent mark, on this all-American menu. But the simple fare, like prime rib, and corn-bread-and-apple-stuffed pork chops, is outstanding. And it all comes with one of the Valley's better salad bars. The place to take Mom when she comes for a visit.

    Best family restaurant in Arizona. Atmosphere is great - Landmark is located in a former church building that was the first home of Mesa Community College. Filled with antiques, it's like going to Grandma's for dinner - if she also happens to be a five-star chef. Highlight is the Salad Room (yes, Room) that has scores of items hot and cold. Best recommendation for nearly 20 years. Go after skipping a few meals - bring out-of-town guests. Superb.
