Pick from dozens of chickens rotating over the grill behind the counter – $12 for a whole bird – tender and scrumptious, fragrant with spices, crisp of skin, and melting of meat. Or choose big plates of roast pork with black beans and plantains. Onion and jalapeño salads and salsas from the condiment bar allow patrons to spice things up to their individual tastes, along with the half-dozen bottles of hot sauce on every table.
