Instead, order individual meats, all cooked over charcoal and loaded with flavor. Especially recommended are the beef short ribs or any of the vast selection of steaks and variety meats-calf's liver alone is offered five different ways. There are plenty of Argentine-Italo pastas, including splendid homemade potato dumplings called noquis.
