What happens when Northwest Chinese meets upscale Los Angeles? Fusion! The description of the dishes sound downright comical: Diced filet mignon, chicken steak with lamb chop, eel with rice and a side of spaghetti. Oy! Still, you've got to admire the spunk of this Hong Kong-style restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. That pig liver porridge is quite the eye-opener. The Hot Pot Rice dishes are cheap and great to share. Of course, if you want the real deal, ask your server to interpret the menu written in Chinese. The colorful interior is a big draw, though many diners don't look past the mondo flat screen that hangs over the bar.
