Located in La Casa del Camino Hotel in beautiful Laguna Beach, the restaurant is run by chef Craig Connole, who is always adding and changing the bistro's menu. He melds Asian and European cooking with a New Age flair. You can have your Brie and pad Thai here, and you'll like it.
the food is amazing and it's very reasonably priced. in fact, it's cheap. and again, let me say how great the food is. they have different genres to choose from and all the food comes in tapas portions. so you can have a gyro and lobster ravioli if you want. that's how diverse their menu is.
This is a cool place to come and sit on the rooftop and watch the sun set over the water. Their appetizers are delicious and they have a pretty decent happy hour during the week. They serve their entrees in small portions, and they aren't all that expensive. You are able to try a variety of different things without breaking the bank. Great place to go with out of towners that have never seen the ocean.
The entire menu consists of "small plates," but here's the secret: They're not really small. They're not huge, mind you, but dishes such as the decadent truffle risotto could feed a person and a half for only $5.
