Featuring a "build your own bowl" entrée, Kublai Khan ensures that customers get exactly the ingredients they want in the amount they choose. Start by choosing a noodle or rice base, then fill bowls full of fresh vegetables, meats, seafood, tofu, eggs, seasonings and sauces. Your creation is cooked right then and there for you according to your preferred cooking method. This DIY method is not only a family-friendly concept, but also works for vegetarians, health-conscious people and other picky eaters. Appetizers include edamame and cream cheese puffs.
