We're not even sure if we want to tell you about Kozy. If we do, the tiny restaurant will be even more difficult to get into at lunchtime, and getting a bowl of the signature Kozy salad will be nearly impossible. But we can't keep the location of the world's best balsamic vinaigrette dressing to ourselves. Kozy's a mom 'n' pop joint that started when one of the co-owners wanted a place to sell his gluten-free fare, which constitutes much of the menu. Diners will find grass-fed buffalo and seafood from the wild, never farm-raised. Breakfast is served all day, and even after a towering plate of the buckwheat pancakes, the all-natural ingredients that Kozy champions will keep you from feeling sluggish and gooey. Best to get there early or late, as the lunch rush can be messy and parking is minimal. But it's always worth the wait.
