Koffee Klatch in Laguna Beach is a snug spot off PCH that attracts most of the town's tribes: surfers and gay folks, the elder and the tourists, rich and working class, all ready to get wired on their wonderful espresso. Best time to show up is in the afternoon, long after the lines died down but the place is still bustling—just don't trip on any of the bikes lined up outside.
