Description

Michael Dorf's refuge for hip, avant-garde music may have moved to Tribeca (from its original digs on Houston) in 1994, and now resides in Brooklyn, but its spirit of experimentation is still intact. At the club's smallest performance space, you'll have an up-close-and-personal look at the (mostly local) punk, bluegrass, rock, and folk bands that play here. as you'll likely be standing a foot away from them!. The intimate space and low ceilings can make for great acoustics--and by great, we mean LOUD. The best part: ticket prices are rarely more than $10.
