Description

This is some dim sum, the most authentic in town, complete with carts, tea and more than a hundred selections on the weekends. Weekdays are less harried and better for the novice -- dim sum is offered 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the week and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends--but the best tactic is simply to point, then taste.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, King's Land really shines. During the crush of service for weekend dim sum, this gigantic space that can easily seat 300 people sometimes packs in 400. This is some dim sum. King's Land, a cavernous Chinese restaurant at the edge of a parking lot that's surrounded by Asian markets and eateries, puts on the most authentic dim sum spread in town.
