Fun and relaxation. Take people you're comfortable shucking all clothing with. Men's and women's nude quarters are separate. Shower, then enjoy (Hot tubs, cold tubs, wet sauna) . Next put on your little issued gymsuit and go into the co-ed section, the salt pyramid room, the kiln (take a mat in for gosh sake so you can bear the heat of the floor) the ice room, there's a movie room and restaurant, maybe you really could spend 24 hours here. But I'm typically done in 3 or 4. The (wrapped) toothbrushes in the shower are awesome, I took an extra one and my grandson thought it was great too, just makes you want to brush and brush. The lockerroom has blow dryers and lotions and potions so you feel right at home.
