Painted on the window of this nondescript highway-side restaurant is its specialty: "Chinese B-B-Q." And sure enough, hanging inside the door are bright red-dyed whole roast ducks (beaks and all) and the rest of the rotisserie items one would expect to find in any major U.S. city's Chinatown.
