Description
With six shelves of whiskeys, great steaks and a collection of high-def TVs, Kickin' Boot is an excellent venue for watching the game. But the owners of this supremely sleek restaurant and bar are unfortunately more interested in a Southern story line, pushing tough, dry smoked meats, sugary cornbread and collards slopped with too much vinegar. Skip the schtick (if that's possible in a room that could double as a high-end casino) and focus on the Washington-centric wine list, red meat and football.
