Description

Kelvin Arms is dominated by a huge bank vault in the middle of the bar - a holdover from when the Rice Village building was University Bank in the late 1920s and early '30s. Today the old vault resembles an elegantly appointed and softly lit library, albeit one where you can chug shots inside. Outside the huge steel door, Kelvin Arms has an HD projector constantly showing sports, and a shrine to Sean Connery. This one is worth getting off the beaten Rice Village path to venture into.
