Run by the same owners of the upper Queen Anne's popular Sully's Lounge, Kelly O'Brien's in Ballard takes the Emerald Isle theme all the way through, serving Harp Lager, Magner's Irish cider, and cod battered in Guinness. Non-Irish types can still feel comfortable here too-there are corn dogs and tacos on the happy hour menu, Stella and Bud Light on tap, and sports always on the TV.
