Visit this century-old deli before they decide to raze it and build a high-rise condo. Tip the carvers $1 before you order and get a sandwich big enough for two; a great choice is a combo of pastrami and corned beef on a club roll. If you know what's good for you, order it lean. The preferred beverage is Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray, a celery tonic that's a Lower East Side favorite.
