Why sell one type of cuisine when you can offer two? That must have been the thinking behind KalBQ, a fast casual Korean taco spot located inside the Gramercy branch of Atomic Wings. Kimchi tacos are now ubiquitous, but the porky version here is tasty with a good wallop of heat to it. Skip the steak ssam, though--the meat is too dry. Heartier dishes include bibimbop bowls and platters of grilled beef over rice. And if you're not in the mood for Asian, you can always order the chicken wings from the opposite side of the counter.
