Kakao is a threefold concept composed of coffee, chocolate, and space. Their menu of chocolate bars for sale features about eighteen different chocolate companies, and their coffee is locally roasted by Herkimer. The space is beautiful, the people who staff it are delightfully personable, and there is one unique feature that means you, should you like chocolate, should visit: purchase any chocolate in the store, and they are happy to melt a bit of it down to craft your mocha for you.
