    Kabuto is one of my favorite sushi spots in SF! I almost never order 'traditional' nigiri hear, but stick to the special menu. Highlights are - Katsunagi, Toro Tartar, 1849 Oysters, Albacore '02, Hamachi Pear. Kabuto's Uni is also some of the best in the city. check it out!
