Don't let the hardware store next door to Justin's throw you off. The same owners of Karma on South Beach run this place and do a fine job creating an elegant strip-mall hideaway. Though it looks like your rich, eccentric great-aunt decorated the place - questionable area rugs, intriguing art, and two billiard tables - the lounge attracts mostly locals from cities up and down U.S. 1 - North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura, Hallandale Beach, and Hollywood. A unique concept and happy hour from 3 to 5 a.m. (in addition to a daily 5 to 9 p.m. happy hour) attract a younger, late-night crowd. Happy hour is free, but a $10 cover for women and $20 cover for men apply after midnight. Show up early for happy hour and stay late for round two.
