Description

We think the Arctic Hotel, the site of this restaurant, is super chill. If only the dining room was as retro cool. The service can be clueless and the food is wildly inconsistent. It's not a good sign when the Web site confirms that by announcing the kitchen is in the middle of "evolving" the menu. Fortunately, there are loads of other options in the neighborhood. If you are determined to eat at a hotel restaurant, walk a few blocks to the W and take a seat at Earth + Ocean.
