Description

Younger sister to the Wallingford brunch spot, Julia's on Broadway in Capitol Hill has transplanted its omelets and scrambles to flashier digs, and dinner is in a similar bistro mode. There's also a nice bar, with candles and people acting civilized. Overindulgence in boilermakers, shouting, and smoking are not tolerated.
