Description

With wall-to-wall red carpet, Houston's old faithful anchors the Theater District. This general-purpose music hall might seem a bit tame by today's standards, but its stage has seen everyone from Minnie Riperton to Mariachi Vargas and Yo-Yo Ma.

Event Review: Shen Yun Performing Arts

Tried counting sheep to pass time and that turned out to be more interesting than the show. Finally figuring out that it was some weird Chinese dissidents using name of "Shen Yun" for a performance. Best treatment for insomniacs. Good only for first 10 minutes.

I just about live at Jones Hall. Have since I was 10. Love the place. Such an inspiring place to be during the Christmas holiday.
